The cynergy issues dashboard provides an overview of all the issues that were identified for the selected scope.

**Issue priority:**

Indicates the priority of the selected issue and is comprised of the following context:

- Asset sensitivity
- Issue type
- Issue severity
- Issue EPSS score
- The source scan that generated the issue

**Issue Name:**

The name of the misconfiguration, vulnerability or CVE 

**Issue Severity:**

The issue severity level, as derived from the CVSS score

**EPSS**

The issue EPSS score as identified in the EPSS Model ([https://www.first.org/epss/model](https://www.first.org/epss/model) ) derived from the EPSS API ([https://www.first.org/epss/api](https://www.first.org/epss/api) ) or was augmented by Cynergy’s risk model.

**Asset:**

The asset the issue is applied for, Domains, Subdomain, IP, Email, URL, Cloud instance, cloud storage

**TLD/Account:**

The associated Top Level Domain or Cloud Account

**Source:**

The scan created the issue as an output.

**First Seen: **

The date where the specific scan type first identified this issue.

**Last seen:**

The last scan date on which this issue was identified. 

**Cycles:**

Count of number of test cycles where this issue has been seen. 

**Status:**

The status of the issue:

- New - It’s the first time the issue appeared or the issue reappeared after being fixed.
- Open - The issue has already been identified in a previous test cycle
- Fixed - the issue is already fixed
- Suppressed - the issue was set as a suppressed issue.

**Ticket link:**

Open a ticket for the issue or navigate to an existing ticket in the ticketing system.  

**CSV Download**

There is an option to download the CSV of the filtered issues:

The order of the tables in the CSV are

**Status:**

The status of the issue:

- New - It’s the first time the issue appeared or the issue reappeared after being fixed.
- Open - The issue has already been identified in a previous test cycle
- Fixed - the issue is already fixed
- Suppressed - the issue was set as a suppressed issue.

**Severity:**

The issue severity level, as derived from the CVSS score

**EPSS**

The issue EPSS score as identified in the EPSS Model ([https://www.first.org/epss/model](https://www.first.org/epss/model) ) derived from the EPSS API ([https://www.first.org/epss/api](https://www.first.org/epss/api) ) or was augmented by Cynergy’s risk model.

**TLD:**

The stop level domain, which is associated with the scan

**Asset:**

The asset the issue is applied for, Domains, Subdomain, IP, Email, URLs, Cloud instances, cloud storage

**Linked Assets:**

If there is any additional linked asset to the main asset listed.

**Domain Sensitivity:**

The sensitivity level of the associated domain.

The name of the misconfiguration, vulnerability or CVE 

**URL:**

Reference URL

**Description:**

High-level description of the finding

**Cycles:**

Count of number of test cycles where this issue has been seen. 

**Source:**

The scan created the issue as an output.

**First Seen: **

The date where the specific scan type first identified this issue.

**Last seen:**

The last scan date on which this issue was identified. 

**Technology:**

The type of technology the vulnerabilities are associated with

**Technology Version:**

The version of the identified technology

**Port:**

The port the vulnerability was identified on

**Host:**

The host the vulnerability was identified on

**Mitigation:**

Mitigation as described by cynergy or in the additional data.

**Additional Data:**

The issue description and possible advised mitigation.
