## This sign-up page is designed to explain the Customer sign-in process to the Cynergy platform.

Step 1- Before starting using Cynergy, you should sign in to the platform at [https://my.cynergy.app/sign-in](https://my.cynergy.app/sign-in)  and click “sign up.”

step 2- Insert the invitation code.

Step 3- Provide your industry, the number of employees, the main office location, and the regulation you need to follow, and click “next.”

Step 4- You will need to fill in your personal information, create a complex password (Lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and symbols), agree with the license agreement, and click “next.”

Step 5-You are now signed in to Cynergy! Click “close,” and the “Log In” page will open.

 Step 6-On the Log-In page, you will need to fill in your Domain, Email address, and password and then click “Log-In.”

Step 7- You will need to download the authenticator app for your phone or computer. Once you finish the download, scan the QR code, and you will get a 6-digital code and click “submit.”

Step 8- Next, you will get a verification code on your mail, write it up, and click “next.”
