Cynergy research team conducts hundreds of tests on multiple types of environments and configurations to enable all types of users, cybersecurity experts, and normal humans to conduct active and safe tests without worries. 

Yet there is always a slight chance that the environment you have configured is not robust enough or stable for security testing. to avoid this case, while Cynergy runs a scan, there is constant monitoring of the stability and responsivity of the asset that is being scanned.

Most of our clients run passive and active tests on their environment without issues. but if you have noticed that we affect service, you can always stop the active test from the[ Activity Log](https://my.cynergy.app/activity-log) by clicking the “Stop-Scan”.
