Since we are not dependent on integrations, we are capable of discovering shadow IT issues, while they are exposed, outside the organization’s perimeter. 

The method is similar to the regular discovery process, once Cynergy has identified an email we are running a scan to identify all the platforms which are considered Shadow IT, and the email is registered to the platforms. 

Based on the company policy, you can see which of the users have registered using their company email, to any of the SaaS or PaaS platforms.
