1. Go to [https://my.cynergy.app/sign-in](https://my.cynergy.app/sign-in)
3. In the domain, enter your domain name in the following format- “example.com”
4. In the email, enter your email address - “username@example.com”
5. In the password field, enter your password.
6. You will then need to enter the 2FA from the one you saved in the authenticator app.
  1. If it’s your first time, you will need to scan and verify the 2FA barcode via an authenticator application.
  2. In addition, you will get an email to your registered email address which you will need to verify.
7. If you are in the application and all you see is a “Lama on the moon” picture. You are not yet authorized to use Cynergy.
  1. In such a case, contact your administrator (The user with the option to manage the tenant in your organization).
