There is no way to change a password directly in the Cynergy system, you will need to contact us (Cynergy Administrators) to modify a password.  
This is exactly the reason why we added the MFA as a mandatory option, even a compromise of your password, will not allow a malicious user to log into the system. 

Once we reset your password you get a temporary password from us. On your first login to the system (in a period of up to 24 hours from receiving the temporary password. you will need to set a new password.
